Heath R. Fear has served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Kite Realty Group since March 2026 and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kite Realty Group from November 2018 until March 2026. Prior to joining Kite Realty Group, Mr. Fear served as Chief Financial Officer at GGP Inc., and was previously Chief Financial Officer at Retail Properties of America, Inc. Mr. Fear has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and English from John Carroll University.
